And the problem Mojca was having with locale settings also seems to arise from using an earlier version of Visual Studio. Does this mean we should add a caveat somewhere in the docs that if you are building on Windo= ws with the MicroSoft tool chain, it requires VS 6.0? =20 In "Known Bugs", maybe? Or in the FAQ?
