GPVAL_VERSION

The "GPVAL_ variables" patch has been committed ... now I think that might 
be useful to add also the following two automatic variables (floats):

now:
GPVAL_VERSION = 4.1
GPVAL_PATCHLEVEL = 0

then:
GPVAL_VERSION = 4.2
GPVAL_PATCHLEVEL = 0

Any opinion why not to add them?
