The following BASH one-liner (run in my local gnuplot working copy
directory) worked for me; however, YMMV:

for i in `find . -iname Root | grep CVS`; do mv $i $i.old; sed -e 's/cvs\.sourceforge/gnuplot\.cvs.sourceforge/' $i.old >$i; done
