SourceForge is definitely not recovered yet.
Their current status page says that they have not even
taken full delivery of the replacement hardware they need,
let alone installed and commissioned it.

The source files I see on anonymous CVS are 6 weeks
out of date.

I can't even see the developer CVS files; they've
been incommunicado since some time yesterday. 
It won't let me log in to the shell server either.
