nice to see that the pm3d depth patch is still alive ;)
Thanks Ethan for updating it to the current CVS.

As pointed out earlier, I'd like to see this in the CVS version.
Unfortunately I'm not really active in the gnuplot development any more,
so I feel it's not my decision to put the patch in. But I'd really
encourage anyone to put it into CVS ...
