I do not have windows 7 but some users have been reported that gnuplot windows binary has been worked
on windows vista ans 7.
1. If you install gnuplot to the folder to the "Program Files", perhaps you need to log on your pc
with administrative privileges.
2. If you want to use help file, you need to install Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows
7. (You can find it easily by search engines using keywords
"winhlp32.exe Windows Vista" or "winhlp32.exe Windows 7".) In some situations, you need to remove
the "access forbidden" flag on the help file by right-click the icon of wgnuplot.hlp.
3.If you install gnuplot to the folder other than "Program Files", you may not need to remove the
"access forbidden flag.
