Hi Tarcisio,
Thanks for your interest in gnuplot. A translation in Portuguese will
undoubtedly be welcome.
As far as the help is concerned, the source file is docs/gnuplot.doc. For
example, gnuplot.doc has been translated in japanese, it's the file
gnuplot-ja.doc
However, gnuplot doesn't have any framework to translate the commands
messages. If you want to take a look at existing solutions to do that, it
will appreciated too. I am especially thinking of gettext.
