I haven’t been able to get it working on my Sinfonia yet, model S1245 but I am sure I’m doing something wrong. I'm working on a snapshot test/build capability; we could release daily (if we want) snapshots. Right now I'm just working on the infrastructure for it; we'll want to e. g. detect if there have been no commits on a given day and not build a new snapshot in that case. The full build/test cycle takes about 75 minutes on my new system (Ryzen 2700X) when it's otherwise idle. It will be very interesting to see what the Ryzen 3000's look like. If the rumors are correct that will be a real beast for this kind of thing. But I'd more likely go for the 12 core than the 16 core if the 12 core clocks significantly higher (as I expect it will). -- Robert Krawitz <rl...@al...> *** MIT Engineers A Proud Tradition http://mitathletics.com *** Member of the League for Programming Freedom -- http://ProgFree.org Project lead for Gutenprint -- http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net "Linux doesn't dictate how I work, I dictate how Linux works." --Eric Crampton |

I think I want to start doing regular 5.3 releases, even if we don't have a Mac build yet. That's the only way we're going to get any exposure for it.

The CP1300 should function if you select the CP1200 driver. However, status reporting won't work unless you're using Gutenprint 5.2.14 or newer. The CP1300 natively supports IPP-over-USB, so another option (instead of using Gutenprint) is to use the ippusbxd driver: https://github.com/tillkamppeter/ippusbxd Good luck! - Solomon -- Solomon Peachy pizza at shaftnet dot org Coconut Creek, FL ^^ (email/xmpp) ^^ Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum videtur. |

Dear, At work, we bought a Canon Selphy CP1300 to use during events on location. There is not always WiFi at the locations so I would like to ask if your program also works with the Selphy CP1300 because the list on your website stops at the CP1200. If your program doesn’t work for the CP1300, do you have another proposal of how I can still manage to make a connection without WiFi? Thanks in advance! Gutenprint does not support scanners or the scanner component of multi-function devices. The SANE project (http://www.sane-project.org/) supports scanners; they do list both support for that model and an OS X download (http://www.ellert.se/twain-sane/).

And yes, the printer is supported since around 2013 and continues to be supported. Best regards, Gernot Hassenpflug |

Hello Gutenprint Devel Team, is it possible to give an estimate, when the Media Source Problem with the SC-P800 will be solved (Manual Sheet Guide Media Source missing)? Thanks for Info! ################################# Daniel Wilhelm |

I haven't found specification of what the output is, but I doubt very much that any existing driver would work even for CMY-only output; for white output, there is surely a non-standard way of generating that channel. It's not doable by means of a standard profile; the idea with this kind of printer is to specify exactly where you want the white ink.

I'm not sure where to start looking for this. There are various printers that have white or clear toner. Something like the OKI c711WT has Mac and Windows drivers and the CMYK version is supported. Is this something that is done with the color profile? What do I need to change for the white in the image to print out of the white cartridge and the rest of the image to print normally? |

This means. Gutenprint does not have any drivers that will support the LaserJet 2600n. Someone would have to volunteer to write a driver for this printer Matt |
