This link doesn't work. It keeps showing an authentication page, even after I authenticate. I entered my yahoo id, and I still can't see the archive. Is SF.net messed up, or does the OPENID authentication just not work? http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=gc-linux-docs |

since 3 people asked me this today (and i had my own little problems with it before aswell :)) i've knocked up a little textfile... www.gc-linux.org/down/kernel_compilation_micro_howto.txt mist: link it if you like it...or just delete if you dont :=P maybe that kinda stuff could be just added to the "how to develop" info too ... gpz |

So I'll wait a bit before starting it, in french ;) yes..big problem is that a) the documents are generated from a TeX source, so changes to the html wi= ll be voided after each update b) the tex document contains some bits that dont show up in the html due to buggy conversion tools if you really want to help, grab the "tth" code (thats a tex->html converte= r) and fix it :O) (in particular, it doesnt generate the index, and it silently forgets about certain special characters like ~ (tilde)) gpz |
