Oh good grief.  EMM386 doesn't have the code or capability to mess with 
disk partitions.  Period.  FDISK was broken in its default behaviors, which 
allowed a simple problem to escalate to meltdown.  This was documented and 
verified, and is being fixed by another FreeDOS developer.   Enough of this 
sort of thing.
