So only the main program has this problem ... or the separate fonts
(which files?) or ... ??

Sounds like a signed vs. unsigned problem. I don't know which FPC mode
Blocek is compiled in, sometimes things like that affect things.
Probably needs some ShortCard instead of Integer (blindly guessing).
But I haven't looked nor recompiled Blocek personally (though it
shouldn't be too hard).
