This is with 1.3-rc3.

cd clamav ; clamscan.exe -> Warning: ... unrar support unavailable ; ERROR: Can't get file status ... scan results 0 files scanned

I did not 'freshclam' to update signatures because I had not made Network to work.

(This is under Qemu, but I doubt this is linked to it).

Hey Paul!
I can confirm this for a base install + clamav.
Complete error message is:

LibClamAV Warning: Cannot dlopen libclamunrar_iface: file not found - unrar supp
ort unavailable
LibClamAV Error: cl_load(): Can't get status of /dev/env/DOSDIR/lib
ERROR: Can't get file status

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix it, because I don't use clamav at all.

There is a long help file at the FD help, see: https://www.bootablecd.de/FreeDOS-Internet-version/help110/en/hhstndrd/util/clamav.htm . I tested it before it was documented.
Among others, it needs more than 128 MB RAM, has a complex syntax etc. The best would be to add a batch file which describes the necessary features and only starts when everything is fine.
In the meantime clamav has been removed from FDT24xx (assume also from 1.4RC1).
