congratulations!

on the other hand I really want to help out in the project but I
haven't had much time lately to spend understanding the code, not even
to play :)

So two questions

1- What happen to the website? recently I have spend some time
researching what's best for my company site + my personal site and I
have try several tools from CMS to wiki's to blogs. So if you could
write down a small list of what you will like to have, we could work
on implementing that. I'm not sure how is the policy on SF for what
can be installed. But we could work on that. The only place I'm
lacking  is in interface (I just can't code CSS and make it look
good).

2- about the code anyone interested in being my mentor? maybe check
out for bugs or request that are simple enough but not critical so I
can start working on them in my free time?
