#3295 Missing text in Europe trading context menu

In the Europe panel, if you rightclick a good on the bottom, there is a context menu which shows 2 entries: One for the Colopedia, and a small one that is empty for some reason. If you click on it, you buy this good.

It seems the text for the context menu was forgotten here.

    Never noticed that... I always just drag the goods. Fixed in git.6f399d4.
