#3204 map controls bug

Here's the next little but annoying bug:

Centering is no longer working by clicking the active unit in the little image in the right lower corner, because it's ticking a not yet discovered blue field (behind it) instead of centering to the unit. I crosschecked it with 0.11.6 and there it just wasn't possible to tick fields 'behind' the map controls...But centering via shortcut is still possible.
Moreover, the text field in this image is kind of too narrow and the text is wrapped unnecessarily and get's unreadable. (see screenshot)
ps: I didn't change anything in display preferences (e.g. zoom level).

• The click issue is fixed in git.5043ae0
• The spacing/layout of the unit-info-panel has been reworked in git. d2a2963. It looks better to me in English, but I suspect it is not as good auf Deutsch.

BTW, one problem per report please, multiple issue reports are confusing to track.
