#3183 Labor Advisor window got a glitch. (freecol-nightly-2020-02-27)
"Labor Advisor" panel/window got a glitch when resizing (too small or too large), all the units would disappear. It appears they're all truncated at the upper left most corner with only the bottom edge showing up (it seems it's about a few pixels horizontal line). See Attached image.
User solution: Just close the trade advisor windows then click again the "Trade Advisor" in the "Report" menu. This functions like a refresh and will display all the units again.
If problem persist, then read more below;
If the current solution above doesn't refresh the units to be visible again in the "Trade Advisor" panel/window, then it means you have to manually resize the current panel back to the original size before you messed with it (LOL), approximation or estimate of the size will do, no need to be perfect with the same size as it was. After doing the resizing nearly back to the original size, close the "Trade Advisor" window, then click the "Trade Advisor" again in the "Report Menu" to refresh and make the units visible again.
Personally I wouldn't prioritize this as a bug, but more as a minor inconvenience, since a user has the possibility of fixing it in game.
Note to developers:
This happens in fullscreen or window mode.

I still use windows XP Proffessional with service pack 3

Possible spelling error or maybe I just don't get it.
Is it really "our", or it it really "out", or is it really "your". Which is witch? See attached image.

I fixed this typo in git.5315c27f, but please do separate bug reports for each different bug next time.
If you are interested in proofreading and fixing English spellings, take a look at
data/strings/FreeColMessages.properties, where you can see all texts except for texts of mods.BTW, (to save your time) I tested all the other panels in the "Report" menu, everything seems all right with resizing (too large or too small), it's only the Labor Advisor panel/window that has this problem.
I can replicate it. Labour advisor window can not be resized without losing all conetent.
Yes, I just tried and I couldn't even resize it back to actually show something again, which might have been cause of the small 1366x768 screen on the laptop I tried it on.
I can not resize the Labor Advisor at all, so no progress here.
Labor advisor is resizing nicely now. Setting to Pending.
