[Fossuser-design] Revamp the FOSS User Magazine web site

Hello Falks,

Currently there is a thread developing on the fossuser-comm google
group regarding revamping of the fossuser.lk/en web site.
It is based on wordpress. So that I think it is good to hand this job
to Design Team so that you guys can collect others ideas and make a
nice web site design so that FUR will then work on this.
