[Fossuser-community] Developing a system for FOSS User Magazine to submit articles

Dear Community,

I feel like it is good to develop a Magazine management System for
FOSS User Magazine, so that there will be less troubles.

We can try out a Free Software with little customization if possible.

At the moment what I am interested is simple article submission system
( just a single interface) instead emailing them to in...@fo...

This is a real need as authors should agree with the Writers TOC. With
a system this will be automatically managed and trouble free.

Ideas, suggestions are welcome. Interested members shall join with the
development/ customization.
