Fix Bug #505; FIRST now outputs an empty array's origin instead of throwing a bad input error.
This follows the behavior of UCBLogo.
This also fixes the behavior of "ARRAYTOLIST {}" to output the empty list.

Fix some spelling mistakes in comments

Rework some precompiler directives so that BITSAVE for high bit depths works on GNU/Linux.

Add a comment and an assert to explain the structure of "fun" in lambda_apply.
This helps to document the "calling contract" of the internals of the evaluator.

Make CHECKFILEAGAINSTBASELINE work correctly on GNU/Linux by adding a POSIX alternative to "cmd.exe /C move".

Update the test pass to include the output from new tests in bitmap.lgo.

Rewrite the Windows-specific part of WriteDIB() to use more wxWidgets API.
This gets the code closer to working on GNU/Linux, although it still has some windows-specific functions.

Update the expected test output, which includes some new tests for APPLY.

Add BITSAVE.8BPP.FULLSCREEN
This tests a special code path where a new HBITMAP does not need to be created.

Update DRIBBLETEST.PO.UNICODE to account for Bug #601 being fixed.
