Simplify the logic for printing a line of a procedure to the Commander in po_helper().
This previously used the single parameter overload of printfx() to prevent a buffer overflow because Borland's compiler didn't implement sprintf.
FMSLogo is no longer compiled by Borland's compiler, and printfx() now uses swprintf, so the original motivation for the complicated code is no longer relevant.

Declare CanCut, CanCopy, and Replace as virtual functions.
This was done to fix warnings in gcc.
I don't know why these weren't virtual or what making them virtual fixes, but it seems reasonable that if the base class wanted to do any of those things, that it should use our implementation.

Fix Bug #385; Deleting the window from the setup callback of WINDOWCREATE no longer reads freed memory.

Replace DebugBreak with wxTrap so that the DEBUGALLOC environment variable works on GNU/Linux.

Fix bug #596; document why SHOW (or PRINT) doesn't include the origin of an array.

Ignore *.gmon files, generated by an fmslogo that is instrumented for profiling (compiled when PROFILE=1)

Ignore files created by "make coverage_report"

Fix Bug #392; RUNPARSE no longer leaks memory.
The return value from parser() was not being freed.

Fall back to writing to stdout in TraceOutput if there's an error writing to stderr.
On Fedora, writing to stderr fails with EAGAIN from the context of atexit handler.
Falling back to stdout is better than ignoring the output, since that makes the debugheap useless.
