The point is that on a main menu you expect to find commands dealing with servers on the "Server" menu. This includes commands like "New Server". It's very direct. You'll find the command without having to think about what (kind of) container holds servers. Context menus are different. > K> I think you should drop the context menu way of thinking when you're > K> working on the main menu. > > Might be. Sorry if what I wrote came across as a bit... well.. as if I was commanding you. That wasn't my intention. I meant it like "When trying to figure out what the main menu should look like, I think it would be helpful to drop the context menu way of thinking, because it might not be relevant and might in fact block your/our thoughts." I would also like to add that the main menu does serve a purpose for advanced users too. Apparently you Nando use a context menu when you don't know the keyboard shortcut. Well, I don't. I use the main menu, because I can navigate it more easily without using the mouse. I know the context menu can be brought up with one of those silly new MS keys on modern keyboards, but that key just isn't convenient for me. Yet. I would be grateful if you would keep this in mind for FR. Thanks, Kjell -- -------------------------------------- Kjell Rilbe Adressmarknaden AM AB E-post: kje...@ad...
