[Flamerobin-devel] Error *** IBPP::LogicException *** Contect: GDS::Call() Message: Can't find or load FBCLIENT.DLL or DGS32.DLL

I've search google and found a few things, but not for sure of what the solutions were offered would be working in my situation.  I'm trying to get this to work for someone in my company and having issues.

I have FlameRobin installed...I'd put in screen shots, but don't know if supported. This is the About FlameRobin

Database administration tool for Firebird RDBMS

This tool uses IBPP library version 2.5.2.1
wxWidgets library version 3.1.0
and Boost library version 1.63.0

In the admin screen, I've added the Database under LocalHost as I saw fit. When I go to connect to the database, I get the error as the subject of this shows.

FlameRobin is installed in C:\Program Files\FlameRobin (x64)

FireBird is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Firebird\Firebird_2_5

If I go into bin of Firebird_2_5, I can see the file fbclient.dll.

I have taken fbclient.dll and pasted it in C:\Windows\System32 - as that was mentioned in a solution I saw - rebooted the Windows Server 2022 and tried again, same error.

I'll keep digging into Google searches, but if someone has suggestions, that would be great.
