It's great that you started this.  For the dialog to be included in FR 
it would need some changes though.  In its current form it does not 
comply with any of the FR target platform's rules for size and positions 
of controls in dialogs.  Maybe you could take the MultilineEnterDialog 
as an example for how to do it, it is quite similar to your blob editor 
dialog.
