gcover makes CD covers. http:// gcover.sourceforge.net I haven't
used it, but the screenshots look good.

Needs automake-1.6, which hasn't been in Fink for quote some time. It also fails on x86_64, so even then it would only work on 10.6/i386. [gcover:bugs:#2]
