Thanks - that was enough to get me going. (I had previosuly been trying a similar approach using the "export csv command from the file menu, but that didn't export the path names. - contextual menu did.)

I have read the handbook and looked through the forum here, but I can't tell if what I want to do is possible, let alone how to do it. I have ~800 mp3's with unfriendly names (e.g. cslv1t07.mp3) and no album tags.
