#143 FAAC creates corrupt AAC output
This bug may be related to bug #1638362

faac 1.26.1 creates corrupt AAC output when encoding the audio-trunc.wav WAV/PCM file available at:
http://www.rectalogic.com/video/audio-trunc.wav
The resulting raw AAC or MP4 encapsulated does not play back properly with QuickTime player or faad - the sound is full of artifacts and cuts in and out.
