I've noticed AUDIODG.EXE has been crashing a few times :
- Windows 10 (anniversary) x64
- Bluedio T3 bluetooth headphones
- played from spotify

The error will typically be similar to this

Switching the bluetooth audio device off/on seems to be needed to recover the audio, though I can't yet be 100% the timings match up.. I need to keep a more detailed eye on this

Anyone noticed anything similar?
