I have not tried this but probably one be able to create this filter already by scripting using HPF, LPF, Channel and Copy comands (though, filter order needs to be high to get steep enough slopes).

I think the notch filter that is already implemented is exactly this. You can specify a lower Q value (default is 30) to make the stopband wider:
(or just use the Configuration Editor)
