testing the shifter will be done by brandon since i wrote it
testdatamem / io :
- the design doc has not been updated with the skeleton from dataMem, assuming skeleton is correct.
- !!!! changed parameter in ramblock !!!! for test purposes
- testing IO and datameme together
- check spec for ioSelect, seems reversed from lab4 handout.
- testing of the memory module seems to be failing.
write/read to regular memory is not working (less than 32'h80000000)
the 3rd read attempts hangs
