Initial Comment:
How cool would it be if when you hovered over a ship, the colour of the 
bounding box would tell you something? We should have bounding boxes 
that are 50% grey when hovering over a ship you own, white when you 
have selected a ship you own, green when hovering over an ally's ship, 
and red when hovering over an enemy's ship.
