Using a bookmarkblock on my website will rise an error 
when the site is displayed: 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: iconv() 
in /home/XXX.XXX.XXX/egw/bookmarks/inc/class.bo.inc.
php on line 430

I'm afraid it is not possible to support you with a plenty 
of basic systeminformation, due my ISP is not too 
explicit about this.
