[eGroupWare-users] PHP Fatal error: Class 'news_admin_favorite_portlet' not found

Fresh install of eGroupware 14.3.20150908 installed via apt on Debian 8.

Get the following error message when clicking on the home tab.

The following is from the Apache log:

Otherwise everything seems to be working without issue.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
