Ticket modified by Klaus Leithoff at 2013/06/18 09:45 Tracking System - Bugs Category - FelamiMail Version - Version 1.8.004 Status - Pending Resolution - Works for me Completed - 0% Priority - 5 - medium Created by - Frank Van Brussel Created on - 2013/04/24 13:49 Assigned to - Klaus Leithoff Summary - #3226 - Printing a concept message generates MIME parser error I'm running EGW version 1.8.004 (20120507) on CentOS 5 with PHP 5.3 and I have encountered the following error. When opening a message which is stored in the concepts folder and clicking on the "Print" icon, the "Printer" dialogue appears as expected. After clicking on the "OK" button to start printing the concept message. The editor disappears and is replaced by a blank screen with the message "MIME parser could not read this message" (translated from dutch). The printer prints a page with the error message. See attached screen shot "screenshot1.png" (with the error message in dutch). Comment by Klaus Leithoff at 2013/06/18 09:45: I put this one on pending , until further notice (this will cause automatic closing of this item after some time (you may reopen the ticket if in need)) Comment by Frank Van Brussel at 2013/04/24 15:49: Thank you for your response. A draft folder is defined (and visible). Saving a message as a draft in the drafts folder succeeds. Opening and displaying a message saved in the drafts folder also succeeds. The error appears as soon as I click on the "Print" icon. I'm not running the 1.8.004.20130322 version currently. I'll have to update my installation first and get back to you on this. Regards Frank Comment by Klaus Leithoff at 2013/04/24 15:22: did you configure / set up your draft folder correctly? Method to do the printing is: saving a message as draft and opening it to present it for printing There are two possible reasons for this failing (probably more): 1) no Draft Folder set up, so saving the message as draft and displaying it for printing fails 2) the saving of the message as draft is successful, but we do not get the uid of the new message, so opening fails For me it works fine. So first check your prefs please. make sure, you are with the latest 1.8.004 (should be 1.8.004.20130322) If your prefs are fine, and you are up to date an it still fails, you need to provide an IMAP testaccount on that IMAP-server of yours, so that i am able to test and reproduce that.
