Summary - #3221 - Tab no longer work ! 
In EmailAdmin, when i want to modify profile, i click on the "Edit" button. Then the "emailadmin_ui.edit" page pop appear.
 Then it's impossible to navigate to other tab "Global", "SMTP", "IMAP", "Signature", "Stationery" and "History".

Fixed now in all eTemplate apps.

 If you find other issues, please open bugs for them.

Yes, thats a runtime issue, caused by changes of Nathan.
 We need those changes, so we are working on clearing the issues as they appear.

This is a general bug, because the Calendar form 'calendar.calendar_uiforms.edit' have the same problem.
