Summary: #3031 - Support for Nokia phones
There is a kind of typo in phpgwapi/inc/horde/Horde/SyncML/State.php which makes many S40 Nokias not working with SyncML. Attached patch makes them work again.
Tested on 6300, 6303c, 2700c, 3109c, c3

Within the OMA specification the namespaces of  is 'syncml:devinf' regardless of the SycML version. Some Nokia implementations may expect something different but we would break all compliant devices by this modification. You may use your fix locally, though.
