[eGroupWare-tracker] tracker - view only tickets assign to self

How do I configure tracker so a user can only see the tickets assigned to him
and not see the tickets assign to others ?

I have a tracker Queue named Service

When I go to Site Configuration 
then choose Tracker Queue = Service 
Then click on Configuration
Then click on Restrict tracker items to staff and Group and Creator
This last check boxes do not keep their status after I click save

I am using egroupware Version 1.5.010
