Sorry, Andrew, we haven't tried the SyncJe Outlook connectors. We only have a 
few Outlook users, and they haven't been moved to egw yet. We've done some 
testing with the Funambol and eGWOsync options. Funambol seems to work pretty 
well. 

BTW, when dealing with the SyncJe support, you have to call. They don't seem 
to respond to email, but their phone support staff has been very helpful.
