[eGroupWare-users] how to support TLS in emailadmin ?

Dear list,

I have added the following in my /etc/imap.d; I am using cyrus imap here

tls_cert_file: /etc/openldap/myca/servercert.pem
tls_key_file:  /etc/openldap/myca/serverkey.pem
tls_ca_file:  /etc/openldap/myca/cacert.pem
tls_ca_path:  /etc/openldap/myca/
tls_require_cert: no  # client don't need to authenticate
tlscache_db: berkeley

then I have enabled the TLS encryption in the emailadmin. after that
whenevr I try to check mail it reports

TLS/SSL failure for linux.kolkatainfoservices.in: SSL negotiation failed

could any one kindly suggest to fix it ?
