Is TTS it's own program (as opposed to a third party program integrated i= nto eGroupware)? Isn't some other pieces like AngleMail and FUDforum seperat= e programs that have been integrated into eGroupware? Why not do this with= a helpdesk/ticket tracker? Integrate one of the actively maintained and full-featured helpdesk/ticket trackers in to replace TTS. Just my $0.02. I'm mostly interested in eGroupware to see how the helpdesk part works. = We have an existing program, but I would like something that has good email integration and is web-based, such as eGroupware. Maybe even converting eGroupware to work more like Joomla (web content manager) where a choice = of third party programs can be integrated into the core suite by installing = a bridge component would be helpful. Regardless one thing I would LOVE to see it a reporting tool that can thr= ow together stats on where time is spent by pulling data from the ticket tracker and the project management pieces. |
