Yes, I know. The confusion was because of the presence of the file named
'phpgw_es-es.lang' within phpbrain/setup/. Opening it with a text reader
it seems a full translation, but the TTool didn't show the translated
words.=20

I don't know the reason for it yet, but at least I've fully translated
it now and KB is currently running fine in Spanish. Maybe I could send
the translation somewhere for sharing it... I'm using eGW 1.0.0.006
