possibly dpi related (i'm running at 110%), but several options are cut off. a screenshot should show the problem better.

  Weird: on my Win10 desktop I can't get any intermediate value in the range 100% - 125%. How did you get a 110% ? I need to know because I should replicate it for testing.

in control panel>all panel items>display there's a "set custom text size (dpi)" option. not sure if it's there in win10, i'm on windows 7.
