Sorry, I didn't explain myself correctly:
The demo 1.7, being a demo, is supposed to do "something" also without registration key, I think. I successfully installed it, so that's ok.
The registration of the 2 files went ok, it was made correctly on the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder by a command promps as administrator. The file d3drm.dll was present.
The problem is that, despite all succesful operations, when I try to run the game it terminates itself immediately without writing anything on the game log.
Oh, SHIT! I got it now: the program mus be run with administrator's capability too!!
Ok, now I can start hunting some further bug.

This is working now with latest DxWnd version. In addition to the downloadable version it has "Acquire admin caps" and "Do not notify on task switch". Would this work?
