Give Ditto some time to startup, it's making a backup of your db before it updates your database.

After it starts up there are a couple different things you can do to reduce the size of your db

    1) Set a maximum number of entries (options - General - Maximum Number of Saved Copied or Paste Entries Expire after). I usually keep 500.

    2) Right click the task bar - Delete clip data. This window list all data entries (each clip contains multiple data entries). From here you can select items and delete entries you don't want. Most of the time image copied (CF_DIB) take up the most room.

    Thank you it works.

    I have an other question. I would like to use position 1, position 2, position 3...But I can't. I press WINDOW + 1 or + 2, ...

    It is correct ? http://s24.postimg.org/xl52ulc9h/ditto.png

Windows reserves quite a few global keys for windows, with no way for apps to override these. Windows - 1, 2, 3, ... map to task bar items.

Hey I found that screenshots usually take the largest amount of space.
I wrote a python script that removes all the screenshots from the database and adds them into the same folder so you can delete them as you see fit.

    Check it out.
