    So hany to have groups!

How do I copy directly into a group....

    for example...

If i have a group 'selected' (hotkey for quickpaste brings me up inside the group-- showing the group's clips) ....

Ctrl_C still copies to the main clip list... and does not put that clip into the selected (showing) group....

how do I fix that ??

ps: sorry for the stupid questions....

Currently there is no way to do this. I might consider this in a future version but it's not in there at this time.

Once a clip is in ditto that clip can be selected -> Ctrl-C -> Go to group -> Ctrl-V. Now that clip is that group.

    Is this now possible?

Yes. goto a group and right click on it to goto the properties.
Then, select your shortkey. Ex. F12 + win + hotkey available globally.
Set the same at the Save/Move to Group.
Press now on clip in the main list : Win key + F12 + 12 (keep win key pressed). Your clip is move moved/saved in the group folder. If you press Win + 12 you go also directly to this group.

To go from a group (sub groups) one level up again, just press backspace key...
