I disabled the kernel module compile at all. Regarding to the readme, this is needed for alpha and beta drivers only. Heiko |

First I have to tell you that features will not be added to 1.0.x but
to 1.1.x. They might be back-ported if they are stable in the 1.1.x
branch, but no promises.
Second, please mail patches inline so it's easier to commment on them.

I think you can just drop the SLAVE because if MASTER is set
to something then you can assume that this is a bonding interface.
"SLAVE=no" and "MASTER=bond0" makes no sense, does it?

A little problem I see is in the order of setting up the
bonding device. We set it up before physical interfaces are
added to it. What if DHCP is set to "yes"? If there are no
physical interfaces DHCP will first run into a timeout.
So getting an IP on this interface is propably slower than
on a physical ones. Can we do it like the vlan/bridge interfaces,
first getting the physical interfaces up and then adding them
to the bonding device?

See above
MASTER=bond0
should be enough to detect a device to be bonded.

same problem as with pwlib... including the 2.4 headers for compile
works ..
they split the mach headers in 2.6 for the different i386
architectures.. think openh323 project need to fix this, if they
use the wrong set of includes for 2.6 ...

This email is to inform you about the release of version '2.6.11' of 'lftp' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can be found at http://freshmeat.net/projects/lftp/ The changes in this release are as follows: This release fixes the mirror for empty files, a rare coredump in HTTP 0.9 handling which occurred when the first line of a reply was empty, compilation problems for compilers other than gcc, and translations. Project description: lftp is a sophisticated command line based file transfer program. Supported protocols include FTP, HTTP, and FISH. It has a multithreaded design allowing you to issue and execute multiple commands simultaneosly or in the background. It also features mirroring capabilities and will reconnect and continue transfers in the event of a disconnection. Also, if you quit the program while transfers are still in progress, it will switch to nohup mode and finish the transfers in the background. Additional protocols supported: FTP over HTTP proxy, HTTPS and FTP over SSL. There are lots of tunable parameters, including rate limitation, number of connections limitation and more. Trove categories: [Development Status ] 5 - Production/Stable [Environment ] Console (Text Based) [Intended Audience ] End Users/Desktop [License ] OSI Approved :: GNU General Public License (GPL) [Operating System ] POSIX [Programming Language] C++ [Topic ] Internet :: File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Internet :: WWW/HTTP If you would like to cancel subscription to releases of this project, login to freshmeat.net and choose 'home' from the personal menubar at the top of the page. You'll be presented with a list of projects and categories you're subscribed to in the right column, which you may cancel by highlighting the project or category in question and clicking the 'delete' button. attached the patch to compile/install 2.8.3 with kernel 2.6 its only the exclusion of the module build in 2.6 compiling the userland tools work for me... but i never used lm_sensors... i was a little bit confiused, that the sensors.conf is only installed when the module build is done.. so perhaps its not used anymore with 2.6 ??? Howdy folks, I had to revert back to busybox 1.0pre3 (again), since it still has mount problems. I even tried the current CVS version, but it still the same. This means Initrd module loading with Kernel 2.6 won't work anymore. cu Heiko |

This email is to inform you about the release of version '2.63' of 'SpamAssassin' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can be found at http://freshmeat.net/projects/spamassassin/ The changes in this release are as follows: This release fixes three small bugs, one related to Perl 5.005 incompatibility, one related to untainting a file path, and one related to performance and not generating the same decoded message body more than once. Project description: SpamAssassin is a mail filter that uses a wide range of heuristic tests on mail headers and body text to identify spam. Once identified, the mail can then be optionally tagged as spam for later filtering. It provides a command line tool to perform filtering, a client-server system to filter large volumes of mail, and Mail::SpamAssassin, a set of Perl modules that implement a Mail::Audit plugin -- allowing SpamAssassin to be used in a Mail::Audit filter, a spam-protection proxy POP/IMAP server, or almost anywhere.
