This path comes from an Apple RFC Draft not supported by DavMail:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-daboo-srv-caldav-10

However, it should be able to failover to normal mode.

Basically, BusyCal support says:
"We made several attempts to support DavMail without success. We're not likely to support it anytime soon."

I'm not sure what to do to get this working.
