#305 nginx reverse proxy support

I'm trying to setup a reverse proxy (with nginx) so that /caldav/ maps to the caldav port exposed by davmail, but I see clients ending up with requesting URLS under the /users directlry directly (w/out the /caldav/ prefix). I suspect these paths are output by davmail itself, in which case I'd need to configure it to specify which prefix to use in links, is the suspect confirmed ? Is there already a configuration for that purpose ?

Indeed, Caldav response contains absolute path to events and tasks, thus if you want to change path with your reverse proxy you will also have to rewrite all those paths
