IMAP SEARCH CHARSET US-ASCII fails

RFC3501 says:
,----
| If the server does not support the specified [CHARSET], it MUST
| return a tagged NO response (not a BAD). This response SHOULD
| contain the BADCHARSET response code, which MAY list the
| [CHARSET]s supported by the server.
`----
But davmail gives me this:
[08:16:08] <-- elmo-imap45 uid search CHARSET us-ascii from Hershberger
[08:16:08] -> elmo-imap45 BAD unable to handle request: Unsupported charset US-ASCII
elmo-imap45 BAD arrived
I expect:
1. That US-ASCII would be supported, and
2. Accurding to the RFC if it isn't, then a NO response not a BAD response would be generated.
Here's a patch that fixes the first issue; I couldn't work out how to fix the second.
