=> Ok, a little more on this: Office365 sends a cookie with a weird domain:
Set-Cookie: esctx=********; domain=.login.microsoftonline.com; path=/; 
secure; HttpOnly

=> domain name is .login.microsoftonline.com, actual host is 
login.microsoftonline.com => failure

I implemented a workaround in DavMailCookieSpec

Anyway, accessing the EWS endpoint directly is probably the best 
approach with Office365:
https://outlook.office.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
