This is a known issue, see

You should make sure your calendar url is not detected as shared, look for
the following line in davmail.log:
Detected shared calendar path for principal Use...@co..., user
principal is use...@bt...
=> use the exact user principal case sensitive name in your Caldav URL

This is fixed in subversion (shared calendar test now case insensitive)
